Victorian silver plated folding biscuit holder. It is in good condition considering it age, and stands firmly on 4 legs. with  a scalloped shaped body. The interior has two halves which are richly gilded and the biscuits are held in place by a pierced hinged lid. Around about 1880 over hundred forty years old.
