STANDARD DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

Standard delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will take between 3-5 working days from when the order is placed and is based on weight of item purchased plus packaging. Some of our items sent through the post will cost more, as we do our very best to ensure they are protected from any breakages whilst in transit. All our parcels are sent fully insured tracked and signed for on arrival.

Please note all orders are dispatched from our store base Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
Standard delivery to Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-10 working days.  

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express delivery is only available to the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands) taking 1-3 working days. And for this service before you make a purchase please contact us.

Please note all orders are dispatched from our store base Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our store base on Saturday Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Unfortunately express delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands.
Signature is required on receipt .

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY 

We can safely send your items purchased to over 200 countries around the world including popular shipping destinations such as the USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, France and China. Delivery times could be between 7-21 days, all parcels are fully insured tracked and signed for on arrival.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, then this becomes your responsibility to contact them and arrange for you to collect your purchased item from their base.

To arrange a more convenient re-delivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.

USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout.

Please ensure that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details can not be made once your order has been placed.

ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION

If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request.
Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDERS LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and Dollies Emporium will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.

WORKING DAYS

A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.

DELIVERY AREAS IN THE UK

We deliver to UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands but currently we regret we do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.

FURTHER VERIFICATION REQUESTS

Occasionally, we will need to verify the details supplied by the customer when they place an order.
This often will result in Dollie Emporium requesting additional information such as a copy of the bank statement of the card used for the transaction,
a copy of the card used and ID of the customer. This will allow us to verify the card details for the customer and ensure we can process your order in a timely fashion.
All any documentation requested by Dollie Emporium for such verification processes are treated with the up most of confidence are only requested and used for the purposes of verification.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us and tell us about your concerns, we accept returns on the following bases, The customer pays the full return postage payment, which they are unable to claim back from Dollies Emporium and ensures that the item are correctly packaged according to the Royal Mail.

Please use the same courier or delivery service and obtain a proof of delivery slip, otherwise no refund will be given. Once we have received and inspected the returned item and are fully satisfied with its condition etc we shall refund into your account the full price you paid for the item.
